Six projects currently in progress with BSIS personnel providing on site Construction Management, Safety Management and High Angle/Confined Space Rescue Stand-by.

Trinidad W.I.
Providing project management as part of a joint-venture arrangement overseeing the installation and erection of all the mechanical and piping systems for a 760 megawatt power plant in La Brea, Trinidad W.I. Oversight will be provided for the installation and erection of 6 Gas Turbine Generators, 2 Steam Turbine Generators, 6 Boilers, two Air Cooled Condenser banks, structural steel, water treatment facility, piping-racks and all piping associated with the project. Pipig includes Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Chrome ranging in size from 1/2" to 24".  This is a grass-roots project expected starting in late 2009.  The project is currently 90% complete with the peak staffing at 1,200+ craftsmen.

Project management team provides oversight in all of the following areas: onsite day-to-day management of the project including all commercial and contractual issues; staff management; field supervision at all levels; safety management; quality management; cost controls; planning; scheduling; field engineering, document control; and hydro-testing.

Managed Piping and Mechanical contracts for construction of all four trains of LNG Plant in Point Fortin, Trinidad
Installed over 250,000 liner meters of piping ranging in diameters from ½’” to 72” – carbon steel, low-temp carbon steel and stainless steel
Work force peaked at 1,500 craftsmen – accumulated over 10 million manhours
Installed all static and rotating equipment including 26 compressors on elevated decks and alignment

Petrozuata – La Porta, Venezuela
Replaced Tubing Hangers on Coke Heaters prior to startup
Specialized material requiring specialized technique – HK40 SS Cast
Cut and removed tubes – cut and removed damaged portion of hanger – replace with new cast hangar and welded out – reinstalled tubes and welded out

Kellogg/Sonatrach – Algeria
Specialty Operation – Repaired discharged nozzle on live LNG tank
Utilized Nitrogen Work Room and Life Support Gear to work in 100% nitrogen environment to facilitate repair
Isolated 16” aluminum line
Removed damaged pipe and welded on new flange
Installed new spool and valve

Bechtel/Sonatrach – Algeria
Renovation – Installed piping and specialized coatings to seawater cooling system – Sonatrach – Bechtel – GL1.Z Bethioua, Algeria
Modified / fabricated spools as required
Applied flake-glass vinyl-esther coating to piping and seawater distribution box
Specialty Operation – Replaced suction and discharge valves on three live LNG tankssimultaneously during 4 days outage
Valves were 24” and 42” valves – 14 each – and also included all ancillary piping
Scope included process design and energy isolation
Managed local subcontractors in NWR fabrication

BP – WCOC – Evanston, Wyoming
Specialty Operation – Remove and replace catalyst in CBA and Clause Beds
Requires that vessels be under 100% nitrogen purge to displace all oxygen
Personnel utilize specialized life support gear and equipment to protect and monitor
